This is the evolution of the Kongzi project with three special goals in mind:

• It must be insta-accessable everywhere, so it's in Javascript/PHP.
• Teach Neo how to do webpage programming using Javascript, PHP and MySQL.
• It is aligned with teaching English, especially to people in Asia (hence the CEFR-J and CEFR-T lists).
